by Michael

Ukrainian military intelligence has released a video purporting to show the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia. President Volodymyr Selenskyj has confirmed that 144 Ukrainian military personnel have been released from Russian captivity as part of a prisoner exchange. The exchange is the largest since the start of the war.

Of the released Ukrainian prisoners, 95 were involved in the defence of the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol. Many of them have serious injuries, including burns and amputations. The same number of soldiers were released by both sides in the exchange.
